1이스라엘 자손이 애굽 땅에서 나온 후 제이년 이월 일일에 여호와께서 시내 광야 회막에서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
And Jehovah spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tent of meeting, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
2너희는 이스라엘 자손의 모든 회중 각 남자의 수를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 그 명수대로 계수할지니
Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, every male, by their polls;
3이스라엘 중 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 모든 자를 너와 아론은 그 군대대로 계수하되
from twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel, thou and Aaron shall number them by their hosts.
4매 지파의 각기 종족의 두령 한 사람씩 너희와 함께 하라
And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of his fathers' house.
5너희와 함께 설 사람들의 이름은 이러하니 르우벤에게서는 스데울의 아들 엘리술이요
And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you. Of Reuben: Elizur the son of Shedeur.
6시므온에게서는 수리삿대의 아들 슬루미엘이요
Of Simeon: Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
7유다에게서는 암미나답의 아들 나손이요
Of Judah: Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
8잇사갈에게서는 수리알의 아들 느다넬이요
Of Issachar: Nethanel the son of Zuar.
9스불론에게서는 헬론의 아들 엘리압이요
Of Zebulun: Eliab the son of Helon.
10요셉 자손에게서는 에브라임에 암미훗의 아들 엘리사마와 므낫세에 브다술의 아들 가말리엘이요
Of the children of Joseph: Of Ephraim: Elishama the son of Ammihud. Of Manasseh: Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
11베냐민에게서는 기드오니의 아들 아비단이요
Of Benjamin: Abidan the son of Gideoni.
12단에게서는 암미삿대의 아들 아히에셀이요
Of Dan: Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
13아셀에게서는 오그란의 아들 바기엘이요
Of Asher: Pagiel the son of Ochran.
14갓에게서는 드우엘의 아들 엘리아삽이요
Of Gad: Eliasaph the son of Deuel.
15납달리에게서는 에난의 아들 아히라니라 하시니
Of Naphtali: Ahira the son of Enan.
16그들은 회중에서 부름을 받은 자요 그 조상 지파의 족장으로서 이스라엘 천만 인의 두령이라
These are they that were called of the congregation, the princes of the tribes of their fathers; they were the heads of the thousands of Israel.
17모세와 아론이 지명된 이 사람들을 데리고
And Moses and Aaron took these men that are mentioned by name:
18이월 일일에 온 회중을 모으니 그들이 각기 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 그 명수를 의지하여 자기 계통을 말하매
And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month; and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.
19여호와께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 그가 시내 광야에서 그들을 계수하였더라
As Jehovah commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.
20이스라엘의 장자 르우벤의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 각 남자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
And the children of Reuben, Israel's first-born, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
21르우벤 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 사만 육천오백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Reuben, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.
22시므온의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 각 남자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Simeon, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, those that were numbered thereof, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
23시므온 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 오만 구천삼백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.
24갓의 아들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Gad, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
25갓 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 사만 오천육백오십 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Gad, were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.
26유다의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Judah, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
27유다 지파의 계수함을 입은자가 칠만 사천육백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Judah, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.
28잇사갈의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Issachar, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
29잇사갈 지파의 계수함을 입은자가 오만 사천사백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.
30스불론의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Zebulun, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
31스불론 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 오만 칠천사백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.
32요셉의 아들 에브라임의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Joseph, `namely', of the children of Ephraim, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
33에브라임 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 사만 오백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand and five hundred.
34므낫세의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Manasseh, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
35므낫세 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 삼만 이천이백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.
36베냐민의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Benjamin, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
37베냐민 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 삼만 오천사백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.
38단의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Dan, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
39단 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 육만 이천칠백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Dan, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.
40아셀의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Asher, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
41아셀 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 사만 일천오백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Asher, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.
42납달리의 아들들에게서 난 자를 그들의 가족과 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈만한 자를 그 명수대로 다 계수하니
Of the children of Naphtali, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
43납달리 지파의 계수함을 입은 자가 오만 삼천사백 명이었더라
those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
44이 계수함을 입은 자는 모세와 아론과 각기 이스라엘 종족을 대표한 족장 십이 인이 계수한 자라
These are they that were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: they were each one for his fathers' house.
45이같이 이스라엘 자손의 그 종족을 따라 이십 세 이상으로 싸움에 나갈 한 자가 이스라엘 중에서 다 계수함을 입었으니
So all they that were numbered of the children of Israel by their fathers' houses, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;
46계수함을 입은 자의 총계가 육십만 삼천오백오십 명이었더라
even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
47오직 레위인은 그 조상의 지파대로 그 계수에 들지 아니하였으니
But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.
49레위 지파만은 너는 계수치 말며 그들을 이스라엘 자손 계수 중에 넣지 말고
Only the tribe of Levi thou shalt not number, neither shalt thou take the sum of them among the children of Israel;
50그들을 증거막과 그 모든 기구와 그 모든 부속품을 관리하게 하라
but appoint thou the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony, and over all the furniture thereof, and over all that belongeth to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the furniture thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.
51그들은 그 장막과 그 모든 기구를 운반하며 거기서 봉사하며 장막 사면에 진을 칠지며
And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
52장막을 운반할 때에는 레위인이 그것을 걷고 장막을 세울 때에는 레위인이 그것을 세울 것이요 외인이 가까이 오면 죽일지며
And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, according to their hosts.
53레위인은 증거막 사면에 진을 쳐서 이스라엘 자손의 회중에게 진노가 임하지 않게 할 것이라 레위인은 증거막에 대한 책임을 지킬지니라 하셨음이라
But the Levites shall encamp round about the tabernacle of the testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of the testimony.
54이스라엘 자손이 그대로 행하되 여호와께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 행하였더라
Thus did the children of Israel; according to all that Jehovah commanded Moses, so did they.
